AI inside your ERP or CRM
An integration starts with your existing systems and the tasks your team needs. The supported data and actions are defined for that application. Lamp reads information each person is allowed to see and prepares supported changes within the application’s permissions. An ERP or CRM integration is arranged with the team; it is not a claim that every vendor has a ready-made connector.
Connect your internal workflows
HR, finance and other internal tools can be discussed as integration projects. Identify the records, approval steps and roles involved before connecting them. The goal is to make an authorised workflow easier to use, while keeping the underlying application responsible for access checks.
Jira actions in team conversations
The chat assistant supports a defined set of Jira actions: search, read, create, edit, comment, assign and move status. It uses the connected account’s access. It reads a ticket before changing it and checks the result afterwards; deleting tickets is outside its tool list.
Custom web and mobile applications
If your organisation needs its own product, The Code Lawyers can build the application and integrate Lamp from the start. Discuss the people who will use it, what each role can do and which changes need review. Colyf is an existing example of Lamp working inside an application with role-based access and confirmed changes.
Plan your deployment
Tell the team which systems you run, which workflows matter and how many people need access. Ask for the hosting location, model providers, retention and deletion arrangements in writing. Integration scope, availability and commercial terms are agreed for your organisation rather than assumed from this product tour.
